Well a year is not to be sniffed at. Good price too off eBay. My current sealant is nearly at an end so really tempted.

I really like my current wheel sealant, which I've been using for nearly 2 years. It lasts about 3 months between applications which makes alloy cleaning easy (I never use a wheel cleaner just shampoo and water) and it also leaves a lovely shine.

It's similar to Gtechniq C2 BUT the permanon doesn't seem to sheet water very well, if that's what floats your boat. If you are looking for something new to use then Carpro Reload seems to be getting rave reviews. There is a you tube video of permanon applied to one half of a bonnet and Reload on the other side to show their water sheeting properties and Reload leaves Permanon standing. Reload also lasts at least 4 months and looks to add a great shine too (obviously following a good polishing routine).

I used autoglym super resin polish last week on my opal rcz for the first time and what a difference back to pure white again.i sometimes park my car at work next to a new fiesta zetec and it looked so much whiter than my car the rcz really looked like cream but using autoglym hi def wax that just darkens the white paint

Isn't this the wrong way around ? I don't know but I would have polished/waxed and then sealed it.

The liquid wax is a top up for the sealant supposed to be used every couple of washes to prolong life of sealant they recon 3 - 4 months for sealant the liquid wax is like a QD to give bit of gloss to finish

No Ron, whatever you use, wax should always be the last thing to go on. Waxes aren't really required if you are using a sealant. However, if you get that burning desire to apply one then it won't do any harm, but it can reduce the properties of the sealant you are using.

i made some research and rcz1 is correct. first sealant and then apply wax. i was doing it the other way round. I am using meguiars quik wax. basically its a sealant with some carnuba mixed in. Its great and a sealant looks better on white,

I did youtube for Permanon and saw many great videos about it. Ferrari and Lamborghini use Permanon (Youtube video), so I thought it can't be that bad.

Any owner here use Permanon?

Personally I think there are better sealants on the market. You might be better checking out Gtechniq C2 or C.5.

Agree! Just do some researches and you will find much more better product then Permanon. They use expensive cars in comercial video because it's add more value to the products they sold. ;)

One of the reason why I like Permanon (from Youtube video) is how easy it is in applying. Wash your car and then just spray permanon onto it! Looks super easy as compared to rubbing / polishing type.

Will try out Permanon and update here later. :)
