Danny, keep in mind from 23 to 26 of may 2019 there will be European Elections.
In Belgium we have to go vote on sunday 26th

Thanks for the tip I think in that case is best to move the meeting to the 19th May.

Important info

Today I found out, thanks to Joske, that on the 26th we have the European elections, so we will have go to vote. For this reason I will move the meeting to the 19th of May.

New date for the meeting is Sunday 19th may !!!!!!

The meeting in Zeeland was not even two weeks ago and we now have over 70 RCZ's that have
confirmed for the 4th edition in 2019

Yes you did you where there, it becomes impossible to drive in one convoy

Indeed, an awesome sight, as the videos show.
Personally, I cannot remember the last time I saw an RCZ.
Hoping to rectify that very soon.
However you did not give an answer.
I wondered if there is a legal limit or administrative, or is it arbitrary.

Actually, the driving in a convoy is illegal.

I had absolutely no idea that there were 124 RCZ’s following me Officer, how on earth did that happen

I do remember, just about (going back over fifty years now), that there was a bit of agro between RAC affiliated car clubs (we were) who submitted routes and goodness knows whatever clearances, for rallies, and social clubs and any bunch doing "treasure hunts" who just did them.
These plonkers would belt about Sunday afternoons going from pub to pub, giving the enthusiasts a bad name.

When I do the Yorkshire Meet I inform the police and some other organisation who’s name now escapes me (it’s my age) of our route.

This is why we don’t drive in one convoy because we are told not to. You have to have a “suggested” route which members should be allowed to take in their own time and and at their own pace.

Well I suggest that we all meet up in Bergen-op-Zoom on the 19/05/2019 and go for a drive and say end up at the beach for a BBQ.

Due to the European elections on the weekend of the 25th the European meeting is taking place on the 19th of May

Unfortunaly because of this the Yorkshire meeting and the European RCZ Meeting in Zeeland or on the same weekend.
So it will be a tuff choice for those how where planning to do both of the meets.

Maybe this Yorkshire meet can take place in Zeeland and we join force to have an even bigger meet

No just kidding it's a luxury problem to have to choose between these two epic meetings

Next year no elections so next year we will have two different weekend again.

Currently we have already more than 80 RCZ's that have confirmed

One of them from Ireland. This is first time a RCZ from Ireland will join us
