I thought he had pulled off more than he could handle, but his youth made it look so easy.
Don't know if I could master**** his technique, like you say Cuore it's that technique which got him out of a potential sticky situation.

On the plus side, if you take your time, and providing the out come is what you hoped for, there is a satisfaction at the end when you've done it yourself.
I used the Same technique Put 4th gear so it doesnt move right or left hold it with one hand pulled it out with the other It took me a couple of seconds

No Nothing It was so easy in this position that made me Wonder why you were All saying about brutal force...

In the Uk we sometimes find that lubrication helps.
I think the European spec Knobs pull easier due to the warmer climate.
