Ok, so my RCZ has developed a new clicky clatter from cold, it's going to Peugeot next Tuesday for them to look. Still under warranty so all should be gratis.

Good luck hope it’s nothing serious, could be the timing chain/tensioner which your dealer should sort easily enough.

I reckon it is Neil, I'm not a mechanic but you can kind of put 2+2 together here. Clattering from side of engine that goes away once warm.
I just they don't dick me about As it's my only car and needed for work!

guarantee they will need it for a day to "diagnose" the problem, then they'll need to order the parts, then they'll need it back to fit them.
In a perfect world, a dealer that knows there is an issue with certain parts would keep a stock of those parts on site :eusa-think:

just hope they prove me wrong & you get it back the same day all fixed

Well they've booked me a courtesy car for two days, so hopefully by this time next week it's sorted.

With a little bit of bloomin' luck!
My Fair Lady RCZ will be mine.
Just got to find her, that's all.

Look at it as a palette cleanser until you get your RCZ back and then you'll remember just how good it is.

If it is the 1 litre, it'll more than cleanse your palette. :sleeping-yellow:
Tried one with an odd auto box and said no thanks. Gutless!
We have the 1.2 which, when encouraged, zips along nicely.

It's a 1.0 3 cylinder. It seems peppy enough and as a novelty has a rear wiper. Not used one of those for about 12 years
Parking camera (on a 3 foot long car) and no cruise. Which I use all the time as I'm lazy.
So as a work around on the motorway I found the speed limiter is a hard limiter, so limiter at 70 + foot flat down = Cruise control :D
It does have a quite good radio, with DAB and an interesting vehicle stats screen, but no ear drum rattling JBL like my RCZ.

Then you'd be well chuffed with the 1.2l 3cyl Puretech; busy engine but OK on Autovia (Motorway).
I use the speed limiter just like you say.
Ours is the Top (semi-convertible) and all extras.
Must say the various sounds for sensors front and back are confusing.
Rear camera is great, even with such a tiny car.
Wife still prefers the 500C which was her last motor, except when more than two peeps, which the 108 is amazing access (4 door) and space for bums or luggage.
Boot ok for weekly shop.
Leccy roof is brill WHEN NOT BLOOMIN' RAINING!!!

Under warranty up until I paid £1300 because they wanted to take "upto 20 days" to release the funds. So the garage didn't fancy that. So it was that or no car until the warranty company paid.

So now I've got the fun of chasing them for the money.

Good job I'm not skint really isn't it.
