The RCZ1 Effect

Postby Spocks62+ » Sun Nov 06, 2011 8:10 pm

Like a number of other forum members, I have been seduced by the detail washing descriptions of RCZ1, and now find myself wiser, but considerably poorer :D

Also, after seeing the work done on Astleyducks dolphin blue RCZ by Lee at Bespoke, I was convinced to get something similar done on my own car.
Lee was great when contacted him for advice about detailers in the Berkshire area, and when I mention Valet Magic, he confirmed that they were one of the best in the country.

So, this last Wednesday I entrusted my RCZ to Robbie at Valet Magic for a full new car detail protection.
As Robbie has now done a few RCZ's, I knew the car was in safe hands.

Unfortunately, when I collected the car it was dark, so was unable to properly appreciate the great job that had been done, with the Zaino products that Robbie specialises in.
Thankfully over the last couple days, I have been able to see just what a great finish the car has, and to say I am chuffed would be a complete understatement.
I can now rest easy that my little beauty is now safely protected for the coming Winter.

There is one more bit of icing on the cake, all because I didn't get the chance to chat to Robbie about what had done on the day.
He has invited me to get my RCZ dirty, and bring it in for a free wash, when he will show me how to clean it properly, including using Zaino Z8 to keep the finish as good as it is right now.

So I'm a happy bunny, and would recommend Robbie as your "go to" detailer, if you live in the Berkshire area.

Keep it clean !.

Andy, I've seen some of the work done by Robbie at Valet Magic and he does indeed do an excellent job and is very highly regarded.

Its very good of him to give you a free wash and show you the ropes as it were. Maintenance is very important now your RCZ is looking top notch in order to keep it that way. You also won't have any spare time onSaturday's now as you will be outside detailing for 5, 6 , 7 hours..........

Do you have photos of your car now she is looking all beautiful?

Enjoy

Hi MikeyUK,

Robbie charged me £250 for the work he did.
I would suggest having a look on the Detailing World website, which has info on detailers throughout the UK.
http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/

That way you should be able to find some good recommendations in your local area.

Cheers,
Andy
